Dave acknowledges, "My father had a very simple business philosophy that served him well for over fifty years. It is simply to do business with people you like. This is the guiding principle behind the paddle boards and kayaks we rent and sell."

We have selected two Florida based companies and entrepenuers because of the passion and quality they put into making their products. They are also great guys we like to hang out with.

Our paddle boards are made by Juan Rodriquez of One World Surf Design in Sarasota, Florida. Juan is recognized around the world for his paddle and surf board designs. Juan has spent nearly 45 years centered on the passion to create the perfect board.

At the moment we have 11' and 12' boards in stock, but various other sizes are available specifically to suit the size of the paddler in a large variety of colors.

Our kayaks are made by Don Richards of Don's Kayaks in Keytone Hieghts, Florida. Don builds one model of kayak, a stable, recreational kayak with lots of room made from fiberglass. He builds them because he likes to and he likes getting to know the people who use them. Not only are Don's kayaks light weight, they are a dream to paddle. The rigidity of fiberglass means they cut through the water easier than the typical molded plastic kayak. They handle and turn better, as well. Yet, Don's kayaks offer great stabilty and have a weight capacity of up to 400 pounds.
